Perfections has been around for over 20 years and has been a great place to get a haircut, manicure or waxing. Great location (in the former National City Tower) easy and quick if you work in the downtown area with good prices. Star has a wonderful personality and will always find time to fit you in especially if you in a hurry or around lunch time. Plus if you need to need a place to escape to have a cup of coffee and watch "the game" or news she is welcoming to all.
