I had a disappointing experience at this store. The employees were unsure about the student discount, even though a sign clearly stated 10% and they had to call someone else to confirm it. The billing process was also frustrating, as the staff were busy discussing internal matters (like removing security tags) instead of focusing on the customer. That said, the clothing selection is good, and I liked the items I chose. Better staff coordination and customer communication would really improve the experience.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My experiences with AMREEN have been extremely unpleasant. Her attitude and behavior do not reflect the standards of customer service I expect from Suzy. These repeated negative interactions have not only discouraged me from returning but have also left my family and friends reluctant to shop at Suzy again.

I had a great time shopping at the downtown location last weekend. The store is huge with a great selection, everything was on sale and the ladies working that day, Angel and Joanna, were fantastic! They were super helpful without being pushy and were never too far away when I was trying things on and needed a different size. Staff working today was very rude telling me (in a very cold emotionless way) to get a fitting room while I was trying on some coats because she needed the rack where I hang the clothes
