Today, I went to that branch to exchange something I bought 2.5 months ago and explained my situation—I lost my mom, and after that I was in an accident, so I couldn’t return it on time. The manager said she couldn’t do anything for me. An hour later, another branch helped me with great behavior, understanding, and kindness. This is the difference between people. I will never go back to that branch.
