Waiting for my husband the other day I popped into the store for just a quick peak and walked out with a shopping bag full! My unexpected shopping trip was not only very productive but also delightful thanks to the professional and very able assistance from Harshita and Mani. Spending my money with them was indeed a pleasurable experience I am sure to repeat.
I recently visited and had the pleasure of being assisted by Harshita. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She guided me through the collection, offered great suggestions based on my preferences, and made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a sales associate who is both professional and friendly, and Harshita definitely stands out. Highly recommend asking for her assistance if you visit!
Hi I was in your store at the Aberdeen Mall in Kamloops BC. I would like to praise one of your employee named SADIA. She went above and beyond to help me find tops that would be appropriate for me at my age of 71.I have never shop at your store before However I walked away feeling like someone cared about me and that was SADIA. I was looking for dress options in the sale section and asked about the return policy which the employee responded with “it’s not refundable in the way that you’d get your money back but in store credit or an exchange”. I thought great if I don’t want to keep it I’ll get work clothes with store credit. I went back three days later to exchange the dress, I didn’t find anything I loved so I asked for store credit. I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff was not respectful or professional when I requested to exchange a pair of shoes I had just purchased. One of the shoes was completely wrapped and clearly unused, but the salesperson rudely insisted that the shoes had been worn. What made this worse is that the new pair I was given had visibly dirty soles, even though I had just tried them briefly inside the store. I’ve attached a photo to show how dirty they were.
