Nobody greeted me. I'm was around with an armful of dresses and tops for 10 minutes. Sales associates just standing at the cash desk. I asked for a change room. Nobody checked on me. Nobody asked me if I needed anything. I had a bunch of stuff I wanted to buy, but lost interest. It was early in the day with two other people in the store.
“I will never visit this store again. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went in to exchange a dress but couldn’t find my receipt even though I had clear proof of purchase, they refused to help and just kept saying, ‘Sorry, we can’t do anything for you.’ Very disappointing service for a big company like Suzy.”
The staff at this store is amazing. I was harassed by a man near the changing rooms, and they took great care to make sure I was heard and that he was removed and banned from the store. After everything was dealt with, they all took extra time and effort to help me find a shirt to buy when my first pick was sold out. Excellent customer service and great selection. Highly recommend.
