Poor customer service. Manager is really rude, don’t have any etiquettes how to treat customers. Employees there talk in there own language.
I had a wonderful experience at Suzy Shier Uptown! The store manager was incredibly kind, humble, and attentive. She made sure to check in with every customer, offering help and making everyone feel welcome. Her customer service was top-notch — you can really tell she cares about the shopping experience. Will definitely be coming back!
