I bought 2 rings and both have lost stones. The band I’ve had since February 2025 and the matching ring since April 2025. Lost 4 stones so far. Went to fill out the “lifetime” warranty and of course it states This warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones) $300 down the drain.
Extremely nice gentleman on the phone at customer service. Helped with an exchange. Absolutely gorgeous ring.
Sent the wrong ring. Live basically 2 towns over and they cant simply swap it out. Bad Customer Service.
