It was a terrible shopping experience. My logistics message indicates that the ring has arrived. But I didn't see a delivery man delivering parcels at home today. I checked the mailbox again and there was no package. Did I lose more than a hundred dollars in vain? I have bought several rings from Suzy. Please explain to me why the goods have not been delivered but the logistics information shows that they have arrived.
I bought 2 rings and both have lost stones. The band I’ve had since February 2025 and the matching ring since April 2025. Lost 4 stones so far. Went to fill out the “lifetime” warranty and of course it states This warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones) $300 down the drain. Extremely nice gentleman on the phone at customer service. Helped with an exchange. Absolutely gorgeous ring.
Sent the wrong ring. Live basically 2 towns over and they cant simply swap it out. Bad Customer Service.
