I really liked the nurse practitioners, it was the 1st time I felt I have been heard in ages by a doctor. they helped me get on the right path for my mental and physical health. I'm heartbroken and incredibly frustrated during these covid times that I cannot get ahold of anyone who can refill my scrips for me or set up an appointment. it is so painful to see this practice go downhill slowly over the last few years. They will never pick up the phone during normal hours, they may or may not return messages, and Dr. Suzuki;s availability seems constrained. I learned that he was helping out in his bakery business up the road. I really don't know what is going on with him or his practice but just looking at the recent reviews and my own experience, it is not good at all. God help him and his loyal patients.

Pray you get Dr Suzuki. The nurse practitioner Jenna Gonzalez likes to act like a real doctor and has zero authority in making most of the decisions she makes and doesn’t follow up with patients on test results.
