I had to bring my daughters car in for a recall and they said it would take 4 hours. As soon as I drove the 30 minutes home they said they wouldn’t get to it until the next day. I was out of town for the weekend and I still had not heard it was finished. Monday I could reach no one so had to drive my daughter to work.
