DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER.THEY WILL MISLEAD YOU IN ANY WAY.I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. I PLACED A REFUNDABLE $500 DEPOSIT ON A VEHICLE AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK AFTER I TOLD THEM THAT THE PAYMENTS WERE TO HIGH FOR ME. I HAD TEXTED CHRIS A RESPECTFUL MESSAGE ADVISING THAT I WOULD NOT BE GOING FORWARD WITH THE TRANSACTION AND HE THEN CALLED ME TO DISCUSS WHY. Went there put a cash deposit down then later that day called me back and told me the numbers were going be way higher then I wanted an just wanted my deposit back an they said “we will mail it to you since we don’t have the cash” an it’s been a month … don’t waste ur time

Called the service department for Suzuki on Saturday 10-23-21 at 1pm. to get a "price" to do the 7500 mile service on my Burgman 650. It's Tuesday 10/26/21 and I still have not heard from them. If this is how their service department is, taking days to just get a price for something, then I don't want to deal with them at all. I will find someone else to do the 7500 mile service on my bike.

Don't waist your gas!! I went 4 times within 4 weeks and could not even get them to order simple stock spark plugs, etc. They tell you straight out they don't know how to use computer to look up and order parts! You will also wait minimum of a month to get very basic service.
