I’m not sure what is wrong with the lady that answers the phone at this establishment but she is really not keen on providing customer service help or kindness. Don’t bother trying to book over the phone she’ll just direct you to their crappy website that you have to prepay hair cuts for. My fiancé was late to an appointment we mixed up the time.
