Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I felt like I was disrespected & catfished by the braider(mother of the shop) upon arriving for my appointment I was so gracious to get for my daughter's birthday. She was turning 13 the next day. As a reminder i pointed out the site style that we discussed over the phone for the quoted price. I agreed & cash app'd the deposit. So instantly that price changed by an additional $250 because of the size of the braids and they were done by another braider(her daughter)well i asked to see pic... read more

This is the second time having my hair braided professionally.. Both times, I was seated immediately. The first time, the braids took 45 minutes, this time 55 minutes because I requested zig zag parts. Compare this to my previous stylist who made me wait an hour and a half before starting my hair. I am very pleased with the way my hair looks. All I have to do is wrap it in a scarf at night. You have to wash your hair before your appointment and don't use any product. I highly recommend this salon.
Very poor service. Roaches everywhere! They have children there who are so loud and rude, so expect a headache. They steal your left over hair then resell it. I went there for SMALL knotless braids and the owner (who I believe is the mother) did them medium. So I paid more for what I did not want. I don’t think she knows how to do small braids because a friend of mine had the same issue. Never again!
