she never called me back. after seeing her for a while.
She is unprofessional when it comes to answering her phone. She will not return your phone call when you leave a message. You will have to call multiple times. That is just unacceptable in my opinion.
She is a great therapist. Made me realize things about myself that I had been holding in for a long time. She helped me get through a really rough period in my life. Going back to see her again
I scheduled a 9 AM appointment with Ms. Dempsey 2 months prior and she informed me that I would receive a reminder call 1 day before my appointment. I never received a phone call, just a text reminding me of my appointment and when the time came there was no one there! The blinds were shut and the office door was locked. I even tried calling to see if someone would answer but there was no response. Very unprofessional, especially for a medical service that requires several months of advance scheduling.
