0/10. Actually insane that I paid money for this. 😭 I asked for a specific design and somehow left with nails that look rushed, uneven, and messy. The lines are all over the place, nothing is clean, and the whole set just looks sloppy. I genuinely cannot believe someone looked at these and thought, "yeah, that's good." Like be so serious. 💀 I spent my money expecting quality, not something I'm embarrassed to wear. Now I have to spend even MORE money to get these fixed because there's no way I'm walking around with this set... read more

First time I had an unpleasant experience this afternoon. The guy Technician started off by cutting the nails good, but failed to cut or push the cuticles back. When i asked for that service, it was completely done unprofessional and not in its entirety. Getting the pedicure wasn’t good at all. The Tech Maria stated that she filed, cut, pushed back the cuticles, in which she didn’t. She seemed very upset that she was woken out of her sleep to do a job.
