What a gem. Heidi, Hailey, and Meghan are all an absolute delight - thoughtful, warm, attentive, helpful. Heidi worked absolute magic to help me find my perfect wedding dress and the prices just can’t be beat. I feel like I had a one-on-one personal stylist who I’d known for years. Heidi was able to listen to all my feedback about the gowns I tried on until she found just the right one. 10/10 recommend for brides!
I highly recommend Suzanne's Bridal! Heidi, the owner and seamstress, spent two and a half hours with me and my mom. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. The shop has many lovely dresses, and her alterations are very reasonably priced. At the end of the appointment, Heidi wrote up all the details and prices of the dresses I was interested in (immediately, so I could ponder over lunch), to help me make my decision. Heidi was great. Helped me and some of my wedding party get fitted for suits.
Rubbish. Poor customer service and front desk. Like they only look for a certain type of people to attend to. Will never step foot in the horrible business again.
