Dr. Bartels is courteous and always happy to answer questions and explain options for any dental work you made need and he is quick to get you in if you have an emergency . I highly recommend Dr. Perry if you are in need a great dentist. 5 stars for Dr. Perry Bartels.
Suzanne Watson has been in business 20 plus years which is actually a few years too long as her apathy is quite apparent. Expect for insurance NOT to cover some of her costs -- I have an $1,000 bill to pay because she assumed something would be covered and it was not. (yes, that right $1,000). She is very adept at looking out for herself & covering her behind. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) can't help you (she can wriggle out of that one too with arrogant justification). 1. Watch out for the insurance coverage, there may be surprises 2. She is not very sympathetic concerning procedures; after pulling out, drilling and carving teeth for 20 years, she is quite desensitized to "caring". (that was my impression on multiple occasions, and as a nervous anxious patient, I was desperately looking for a little humanity, but hardly a glimpse could be found)
whole family goes to Dr. Watson, very professional, staff is great, friendly, on time appointments, highly recommend.
Dr. Watson is the best. She is very friendly and outgoing. She has done fillings, crowns and a bridge for me, all with great success. Would highly recommend.
Horrible doctor!!!! I just went for small filling and since then my tooth is in pain and even in order to correct the mess i have to pay her more. Please do not waste your time and money for Dr. Suzzane Watson.
I have been a patient of Dr Hauser's for more than 10 years and couldn't more highly recommend him. He and his staff are professional but not cold. They are all friendy and chatty when they need to distract you. His is very courteous of your time and sensitive to any anxieties. He did all the work surrounding my dental implants, crowns, etc and did not accept the implant crowns until they were perfect. Dr. Watson is very good, very competent. As with most dentists, for a routine check up, she is in and out quickly. Sometime, she is very outgoing and friendly; other times, not so much---professionally aloof. My son got a tooth knocked out at age 3 and she was WONDERFUL with him, as well as with my 5 & 9yr olds. Seems to be better with kids. I would definitely recommend.
Highly professional, yet personable. Did an excellent job with crowns for my dental implants. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Hauser as my primary dentist.
