Not dependable, does not return phone calls, leaves you waiting for your appts with no communication. When confronted about it, does not seem to care. I'm not an impatient person, unless it comes to communication. She was always at least 10 minutes late for appointments, which is reasonable, but more than once, I was left for 20 minutes with no communication whatsoever. Cannot even remember to prescribe or refill meds half the time. Have to chase her around to get anything done.
