I had a very upsetting experience during my visit. I came in for a painful infection and shared what I thought it might be based on past experience. I was told instead that it “looked like herpes” and that I likely got it from my partner, before any test results were available. I was also prescribed antiviral medication based on this assumption. Dr. Pugh is by far the best doctor at the practice. She makes you feel extremely comfortable. You are not just another patient to her. She takes time to listen and talk to you. She is compassionate and empathetic.
