Suzanne was a pleasure to deal with from day one, and incredibly knowledgeable on the Albany/Colonie/Schenectady region, which was a big help when it came to choosing our home. She was always present during inspections, and proactively communicated with the seller and inspectors as needed, given I was living in another state, and was not always present during the purchase process. Can’t go wrong with Suzanne. Highly recommended!
Suzanne was amazing. Our neighbors and us both sold our homes this year. Our neighbor had issues with her realtor not showing up for inspections and permitting the buyer to show up unannounced with contractors for estimates prior to closing.
