Suzanne’s classes are incredibly nurturing- they are a perfect blend of physical challenge and mental relaxation. She is my favorite yoga teacher of all time!
Is there such a thing as the BEST YOGA teacher on the planet? Well, I think there is--- and that person is Suzanne. She simultaneously challenges her students, as well as offers a very relaxing class. She is inquisitive about Yoga, new movements and mobility flows. She has something to offer everyone: She is thoughtful about movement in all its forms, is incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy, and can communicate all of it in a way that is so accessible and interesting.
