Suzanne had a buyer for my house and It was not even for sale. The closing went as smooth as can be. We have used her to purchase a house before and will only use her for all our real estate needs. We tell everyone that is looking to sale or buy, she is the BEST! She has an amazing staff that keeps you updated and aware of every step in the process.
