My family's experience with Suzanne was unreal. Never could I ever imagine that a realtor would be more interested in meeting my family's needs than I think I am. Our case was, perhaps, rare, as we waited months to get from acceptance to the closing table. The major issue was that the well apparently collapsed at the house immediately after the sellers accepted our offer. Thus, we needed to have a new well dug before we could close. Suzanne is amazing and I highly recommend her. I first came across Suzanne because she was a listing agent for a house that I was interested in. She explained to me the whole pre-approval process and what I needed to do to get started. Unfortunately by the time I got it done, the house sold.
