Currently waiting on a call back. My son saw the ENT at least 8 times in 2025, only to finally be sent to an ear specialist who had to tell me my son needs major surgery and probably has permanent hearing loss. During the 8 visits i was being told it wasn’t permanent hearing loss. Why did i see the ENT so many times, and why wasn’t i referred out sooner?
