In my opinion, the company either potentially uses deceptive trade practices or refuses to remedy mistakes that it causes. We signed a contract based on the belief that Suzanne would be the photographer for our wedding. We believe the company represented this to us based on its representations. I worked with this company for 12 months since February 2022 and do not recommend hiring them. It’s my opinion that this company acts deceptively and does not honor its promises. They promised one thing and delivered something completely different. I had to hire another wedding photographer and videographer with less than a month before my wedding because of the company’s actions. I paid two retainers for wedding photography and videography. We couldn't have picked a better team than Suzanne Delawar Studios. We had to reschedule due to the pandemic and they were very flexible with us. We loved that they provided BOTH photography and videography for our wedding and they did an amazing job. On our wedding day, they were easy and fun to work with.
