Suzanne did such a good job with helping me sell my mother's house. We were out of state so it was hard to be there to take care of a lot of things. Suzanne did so much extra for us. I have bought a house before but I never sold a house before. There were so many things to consider big things and small things. Suzanne new just what to do in each situation. The house sold for so much more money than we expected. Definitely five stars! Suzanne is a great realtor!!
Suzanne was awesome in helping us purchase our dream home in Williamsburg. We are relocating from Massachusetts and only through her efforts was it made possible to do this remotely. Superb experience working with Suzanne as our realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable of the housing market, amicable, and flexible with scheduling. She did all of the final preparations to make the house market-ready as we had already moved out of area.
