Suzanne did such a good job with helping me sell my mother's house. We were out of state so it was hard to be there to take care of a lot of things. Suzanne did so much extra for us. I have bought a house before but I never sold a house before. There were so many things to consider big things and small things. Suzanne new just what to do in each situation.
