Saw her only at the initial consult and then workers did all the rest. Many times I went and asked to speak to her and she was not even in the office.

Dr. Cziraki is never at the office. I only ever see assistants. Wish I went with a different orthodontist.
Dr. Cziraki is superb! I can't recommend her highly enough. My consultation was VERY thorough and she answered all of my questions without a hard sell. (A first for me. I've never been in a dentist's office where they didn't try to sell you a ton of treatments you don't need.) My front teeth needed to be straightened, and I'm currently undergoing treatment with her.
Dr Cziraki is very knowledgeable and explains things well and slowly. Problem is she is never there. My previous dental work was not good and she knew just what to do and adjusted my braces. Her staff are average. Receptionist seems distracted and one of the assistants does not have a lot of knowledge. I would feel safer if she was there and I think her staff could be better trained.
Dr. Cziraki seems knowledgeable for the amount I actually see her which isn't much as I rarely see her at my appointments. Her assistant is a different story. This is who you will deal with for any money related issues as well as alot of other things. She needs a total attitude adjustment and lessons on customer service. The rest of her staff is nice but not very experienced which scares me since it is my teeth and I pay a lot of money for my invisalign. Good Luck!
Dr. Cziraki is an exceptional orthodontist. She tended to both of my children. Every question I posed to her she answered in detail with visual aids an all. She is a perfectionist and the braces will not come off until the teeth are aligned to her satisfaction. It is true that the wait is sometimes lengthy, but that is because they try to accommodate any emergency. The staff is wonderful and caring. Both my children have beautiful smiles thanks to her!
I have been a patient of Dr. Cziraki's for over 10 years now - I can't believe it! When I had my orthodontic work done I was in my early 40's to fix issues with my gums. I have to say I was was skepitcal about what the results would be like. I have been so pleased that words can't descibe how happy I am with the results. She worked wonders. I've been back to Dr. Cziraki over the last few years as my retainers wear out or I loose them and I always find her and the staff so friendly, and helpful. My children were in orthodontic treatments for many years and few stages: from head gears and expanders to braces. We could have bought a car for each of my kids for what we spent. I this is OK - teeth look straight and can function. Thanks! However, as oppose to other orthodontists, and I have asked a few, we were asked to pay extra for fixed retainers. One of my children still has some problems and may have to re-do his treatment in the future.
