I've become concerned enough to officially register with this website and write this review. My concern is with a generally rude staff and a cavalier approach to practice. While Dr. Cziraki is very nice, and I think knowledgeable, she seems overly concerned with style over substance (photos with celebs, flashy mirror decor, etc). My children have consistently complained about rude staff. Last time my child was brought in on time, and she waited 50 minutes + for Dr. Cziraki to get off a personal call. Young staff, extremely rude, did not know what they were doing. Doctor Cziraki did none of the orthodontics, left it all to her incompetent staff. Completely ruined my teeth, worse then before I wore braces. Sticking plastic impression pieces in my mouth, and placing back in box unsterilized. Horified to see next person using same unwashed bite impression pieces. I notified Senior Dental teki who then yelled at staff to sterilize before replacing in box. I'm in my 8th month of treatment with Invisalign, everything is great so far. The staff is super nice, and Dr Cziraki is extremely knowledgable.

I never write reviews for services I receive, but I have to make an exception with my experience with Dr Cziraki. The moment I walked through the door, the front desk was very friendly and courteous and the office was comfortable and relaxing. 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I was already having my xrays/photos taken. I went to Dr. Cziraki to get invisalign done. They wowed me on my first apt there with all the trendy decor. However, I shoulda known something was wrong when the dentist was not there. She splits her time among other locations. Also, the staff who were taking my x-rays and pictures were very careless and less than knowledgeable. My son is completing a combo of invisalign teen and lower fixed braces. Dr Cziraki took into account my sons wants and needs and created a treatment plan accordingly. The staff is very helpful. Though the treatment is expensive, I believe that the service and experience offered from the doctor is well worth the cost. So far the experience has been great. I have two more children who I will be sending in for treatment when they are ready.
Was an Invisalign patient for 2 years, I agree with most of the other comments, the doctor is never there. The assistants are very nice but it made me question the treatment i was getting considering that the doctor hardly saw me at appointments. There was too much confusion among staff & they had no problem of arguing in front of a room full of patients. It's a decent office if u have a lot of money to spend & a lot of free time to waste on waiting at each appointment.
2 girls in braces. Dr.Cziraki is barely ever there. Cranbrook office assistants have gang mentality, very rude. Whenever assistant is done taking a 2 min. check in mouth and then waits for dr. Cziraki to come look, she wanders off and doesn't return for a 1/2 hr. Whenever head gear appliance broke on my daughter, they get mad, and finaaly just took it out, and said she'de have to go other route because it's her fault it keeps breaking, and that she can have jaw surgery later.
