Based on my experience, I am not confident that Dr. Chan is well suited to work in the mental health field. I received psychiatric treatment from her for 6 months. The last time I met with her in June, we agreed that I would stay on my same doses without adjustment until August, when our next meeting was to be scheduled. July rolls around, and when I am due for refills I send a request through my pharmacy - she fulfills this several days later, when I am already fully out of my medications. I got my Annual Physical done here, and it was very convenient and fast. The staff were very polite and she was very good at drawing blood. I am always scared of needles and I didn't feel anything when she drawn the blood. The result came back fast and Suzanne went over the report with me. I highly recommend this place is you are looking for a clean and professional clinic.
Suzanne has been pivotal in my healing and being able to deal with my mental health and physical health. She’s been patient, compassionate and empathetic, and never judgmental. I feel safe talking and confiding in her. She is very knowledgeable in her field and is able implement different strategies according to my situation. Highly recommended.
Dr, Chann has very good bed side manors is very respectful thorou and polite. She goes above and beyond as a Dr, very easy to communicate very understanding and good at coming up with a game plan to resolve your issue , Def looks to resolve the root of the issue with the least amount of meds necessary. Very transparent and listens to the patients cares and concerns and allows you to feel like you have a say in your health care and treatment plan! I would strongly recommend her across the boards.
