Absolutely terrible communication. Presents a house with a highest and best due by a certain time and refuses to answer multiple phone calls and texts. Voicemail is full as well. Lo and behold, I cannot put in an offer. The only reason this property was an "open house" was to collect potential buyers information to send them other listings, as this house is clearly being pawned off to one of her "many investors" she works with.
