Suzanne Austin was my primary care physician from 2021 to 2024. I complained to her in November 2023 about shortness of breath. She checked her with the stethoscope which she has said appeared normal. My shortness of breath continue to get worse and I cannot get a follow up appointment. Horrible experience. I had a Covid-19 test done here and when the results never came back, I tried calling several times, there was one contact where they game the billers phone number, besides this, there was no way to get a hold of anyone and they never answer nor returned my calls. I called the biller’s phone number who promised me a refund. Update as of 11/13/2020 It has been 7 months- the refund never came Update as of 5-27-23 the refund never came Update, as of 2/25/25 the refund never came.
If your only method of contact is phone, you better have someone available to answer or fix your voicemail already. Oh and thank you so much for NOT notifying when you were closing and deciding to send a bill which should’ve already been resolved so now I have no means of contacting anyone to dispute the charges. I just LOVE that kind of anxiety
