I had lived here almost 2 years and I never had a bad experience. However large or small the issue was, Dan and the whole team were so helpful and timely. I felt like Dan knew every single resident personally and when we would go to him for help, it felt like he was personally invested and was going out of his way to help. I just wanna take a moment and talk about the management at the Susan Plaza apartment and I don’t think I’m exaggerated, but I think this is the best management that I have worked with and I would like to mention Dan Giertych he is really a great manager and he’s really on top of everything and also he run the office very very smoothly. I lived in Suzan Plaza for 2 years and I had the best experience with the neighbors, with the managers, excellent location, the 2 pools were very clean, the maintenance man was very friendly and very quick to respond.I totally recommend Suzan Plaza if you are looking for peace and a good environment to live and raise your children. Always very clean. I will miss you team Suzan and my neighbors
Wow. Just wow. We aren't even residents yet, but I already feel *so* fortunate to have stumbled upon Suzann Plaza. Dan, the community manager, has been especially wonderful. My family is moving to Oregon while my husband does his master's degree, from across the country. I flew in solo for a few days to scout daycares and apartments.
