I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this community. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained. A special thank you to Jasmine, the property manager, for always being kind, professional, and helpful. She responds quickly to any questions or maintenance requests and truly cares about the residents. I really appreciate all her hard work and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I had lived here almost 2 years and I never had a bad experience. However large or small the issue was, Dan and the whole team were so helpful and timely. I felt like Dan knew every single resident personally and when we would go to him for help, it felt like he was personally invested and was going out of his way to help. I just wanna take a moment and talk about the management at the Susan Plaza apartment and I don’t think I’m exaggerated, but I think this is the best management that I have worked with and I would like to mention Dan Giertych he is really a great manager and he’s really on top of everything and also he run the office very very smoothly.
