I had my first appointment with Dr Leonard today to establish primary care. I finally found a Dr that listens to my concerns and takes her time to explain everything. She's very thorough and went over all of my health history with me. I have never had such a wonderful experience in a primary care office as I did this morning, from the moment I checked in at the front desk to the nurses that gave me vaccinations. This is the best doctor in the world to me. She listened to you. She take good care of you. And she comes in with a smile. I love this Doctor.
Dr. Leonard has been my primary physician since 2018. She is caring and professional and takes considerable time going over test results and questions I may have. I highly recommend her.
I love the doctor! However the office not so much which is why I will be changing doctors office. It was snowing and my appt was at 8.. I did get delayed due to traffic. I attempted to call the office but the line said office is closed so I couldn’t get an hold of someone to tell them I am running behind. I got to the office at 8:14, I waited to talked to the receptionist and when I finally got to talk to her, she said that it’s 8:16, past my 15 mins grace and they would have to reschedule. Dr. Serac-Leonard is excellent. I've had a lot of doctors in my time and many have not been very good. This is not true of Dr. Serac-Leonard. She is excellent. She listens and tries to find resolutions. She is current on health care information and forward looking health options. I am so impressed with her. Hospitals are now run like a business instead of providing patient-focused care, it's about seeing the minimum number of patients daily.
