Dr. Watanabe spent enough time with me to make sure I understood my situation, was warm and caring and unrushed. Her office staff were friendly and efficient and they respected my appointment time by not keeping me waiting, either in the waiting room or the examination room. The doctor is knowledgable about alternative treatments such as bio-identical hormones and considers the whole person -- that's why I'm going back.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit.
