Amazing spot! My mom loved it, and it was super helpful, cleared her bad skin.
I implemented one thing Suzan said, which is to cut out diet drinks, and it honestly completely changed my gut health and my ability to lose weight. I was stuck previously, but now, just cutting out diet drinks and that aspartame, my gut feels much better. I'm not bloated, etc.
