We were "out of area " buyers and very concerned about obtaining an agent who you can "really" trust, who follows up, and represents your best interests. I really consider myself one of the luckiest men in the world, or just maybe I was blessed by an Angel I don't know for sure. This is our first real estate purchase in 15 years, so we needed a refresher on the process. Suz and her team were very responsive and pro-active. They were also very patient and helpful through our roller coaster of emotions. Suz took the time to meet us at our new home at least 5 times while we had contractors and inspectors in and out.
