I've been a patient of Dr Suykeruyk/CPC for over 20 years. One of the best doctors I've ever met. I even followed him when he moved offices. They're a great center and everyone I've ever dealt with has been so easy going and great to work with. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for a primary/family doctor. Even some of in-laws & family go to one of their offices.
