I was referred to them and called. Woman was rude and condescending. Said they don't do what their website clearly states they do. Maybe a bag lady wandered in and picked up their phone. Confusing and unpleasant. I'm just trying to get a ride to a medical appointment for an older, recently widowed woman that I clean for. I'm not able to take her to her medical appointments because my husband and I only have one car.
