Incompetent staff. Took 3 dogs to get heart worm medication so they require exam, heartworm test plus medication. I expected this. I ended up waiting to give them money and then I paid the complete bill which was over 300 hundred dollars for just under 30 minutes.(making 600 an hour) Which is ok because I want my dogs to be healthy. But somehow the staff messed up the billing and forgot to charge for a heartworm test. I didn't get an invoice for their mistake until a month later. We took one of our kitties to Suwannee Oaks he got bit or scratched by something and it got infected then formed an abcess that had his entire head and face swollen to the point his eye was shut and from the time we walked in everyone we encountered was very nice and caring! We didn't have to wait very long to be seen .The Vet gave our kitties shots and drained the abcess , then gave us antibiotics to take home. We are grateful for everyone who helped us. I just moved back to Branford after being gone for 2 1/2 years... I have used the services in the past ... for my cat back then and to spay a few strays.... I loved your services... and now that I am back and here to stay.... My pug Kiwi, cat Creamy and what river stray cats I can afford will be seeing you soon as I get back on a budget.....
