I absolutely love this dentist office and I have had a fear of the dentist for a long time. The staff is absolutley wonderful and friendly and Dr. Pickwick is just amazing. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone.
Customer service is the best I have seen and there is no nickel and diming the patrons. Love this place.
This was my initial visit to Suwanee Family Dentistry and I really was blown away by how friendly the staff is! I used to dread going to the dentist just because of the generally unfriendly / uncaring attitudes, but I'm actually looking forward to returning to Suwanee Family Dentistry.
As always, I was very pleased with my visit today. No waiting to be seen, good thorough cleaning, friendly, efficient - what more could you ask for?
I called Monday afternoon at 2:50 because one of my fillings on my back molar had fallen out. I was experiencing some pain but didnt want to take any chances of infection, etc., so I called to schedule an appointment. They fit me in at 3:30 that day. I went in and ended up getting a temporary filling to get me by until I could schedule for a proper filling to be done. I was very impressed with how quickly everything happened. I scheduled an appointment for the filling for Wednesday. Thank you for making me feel better!! :)
