Great Service. I called and the appointment was easy to make. The repair technician was very knowledgeable. If needed, I’ll call them again!
Their service has slipped recently as if the business went through management change. Entirely new crew with attitude and can't bother diagnosing the actual problem. They spend most of the time pushing me to sign up for the annual service plan of $550 and getting the whole system replaced, which would cost more than $9000. I hired a different AC company to get a second opinion. They were able to fix the issues at a fraction of the quote from Suwanee Mechanical. The technician (Guan),maybe not the correct spelling of his name, is a good man. Very respectful and professional. He did an excellent job. I won't mind having him anytime for my maintenance and repairs.
