I've been a patient at Suwanee Family Dentistry for 11 years and I have always been very satisfied. The office is well run and the entire staff is professional and friendly. I wouldn't go any where else for my dental needs.
I was very impressed as soon as I walked in the door as a new patient. The front desk greeted me with a smile, I was taken back on time and was treated with the utmost professionalism. I met the doctor's assistant and she went over my reason for being there and then I sat with Dr. Herington for a moment before I was taken back for a Pan X-ray. From the first phone call to Suwanee Family Dentistry, I appreciated how friendly every person was that I spoke to. Then when I actually came in, the dental assistant, Erika, was so incredibly sweet. She made conversation and was genuinely interested in who I was as a person. Dr. Starnes was friendly and very professional. She and Erika made me feel at ease in a uneasy situation - my tooth had broken and I had to get a crown. They were extremely attentive to make sure I wasn't in pain.
