From my very first phone call to inquire about Suwanee Family Dentistry to the check out desk after my first appointment has been nothing but pleasant and a wonderful experience. Dr. Starnes explained all procedures and suggested treatments making me comfortable and relaxed about my oral care. Hard to get excited about going to the dentist, but this was one of my better check-ups. The hygienist, Beth, was exceptional, professional, and very personable.
I went in for my cleaning today and got great service as always. Took a little less than an hour to get done. I've been a patient of theirs for 4-5 years now, and I've never had a bad experience, and they are reasonably priced too. They always handle my insurance with no problems. I give them 5 stars, but I'd give them more if I could.
I have been using Suwanee Family Dentistry for my dental needs for a number of years now. Dr. Starnes and her staff are friendly, professional and do a great job. They are always available to give advise on different dental issues and explain options. I had a problem with “grinding” my teeth at night and SFD staff was able to fit me with night guard which alleviated the problem. I highly recommend them for your dental needs!
