History Established in 2007. After starting business in the Spring of 2007, Suwanee Creek Bicycles will start our 8th year at a new location. Although our showroom is a bit smaller than our previous space, we feel our new location is more conducive to test rides and more accessible and visible to the local community. "No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care." I hate cliches, but this one can't be overstated. Customer service is paramount in ANY retail establishment. From my first step inside Suwanee Creek Bicycles, I felt like a part of the family. Jeff, Wendy, and Fred are all extremely knowledgable AND extremely friendly. Are they the most convenient bike shop to me? No, but I'd drive 50 miles just to talk (and buy) bikes with this incredible team!
Jeff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have been building a bike adding all new components and he has helped me along every step of the way great people great shop.
Excellent people, all who helped me, as a newcomer to the area, with my new bike purchase! My experience was easy, and I greatly recommend!
