My experience here was not the best as a first timer. I booked an appointment for 9am showed up on time just for the lady who does the actual style to show up an hour later then once she showed up took another 30mins to start my hair. Just for her to start doing the wrong style that I did not request. Never again😩😩I can't stop scratching my head since they made my braids in that place
This place is extremely unprofessional. I had a 9:00 AM appointment, but they sat everyone else before me and never even acknowledged my scheduled time. To make matters worse, they told me through pictures that my hair was “grippable,” but when I arrived, they said otherwise. After waiting far too long with no explanation or apology, I ended up leaving. I will not be returning.
It was my first visit and my experience at this braid shop was wonderful. They started my hair right away and they were very attentive in making sure every detail of the style I wanted was executed. My braiders were Lu and Sophia. They were fast and my hair came out beautifully and exactly how I wanted. Mama Suwa proved to be huge on customer service and making sure that her shop ran smoothly.
