The most horrible medical experience of my life. Wait months to see her, I was shocked she showed up at 4:05 for a 3:15 appointment. Having my medical records in front of her,she seem not to understand or be aware of medical procedures I had undergone at French hospital. I personally do not believe this is the best MD you can choose due to total lack of medical education she appears to lack. I walked out after less than 5 minutes and do not expect a bill for services not rendered.
I have visited this office a couple of times to take an elderly relative, and it has been a delightful experience. The staff is friendly and seems to be well-managed. My only complaint is that, on both occasions, I noticed staff speaking Spanish among themselves and not with a patient. As someone bilingual, I felt that this was neither work-related nor appropriate for the workplace. Other than that, it's a great office.
This doctor does not listen to her patients but has an answer prepared before hand to address what she certainly knows better. When there are problems with her staff operations, she will make excuses such as the office is so busy. Consider your options carefully when choosing g a provider. And be forewarned.
Arguing over my disability saying that one day my symptoms may get better or maybe go away but I have Severe Crohns disease. There is no cure for Crohns and she still was saying she would only do a temporary placard and laughed off that no one has asked for a permanent DMV placard for Crohns and looked at me like I was asking a lot. Refused to refer me to a cardiologist after mentioning I had sharp chest pains and my left arm having throbbing sharp pain.
