RecommendedSuval Palace is now called Namaster Flavors. The buffet is great like the old Raja Rani used to be. The decor has been updated slightly but not radically. The service is friendly and the food is delicious. They are not shy about using spice as some Indian restaurants tend to be when Caucasians frequent them.

I am a very picky eater when it comes to Indian food. Only a select few restaurants have the recipes and tastes I like in the right amount. This is one of them. I don't live in Michigan anymore but was thrilled beyond measure to return to eat here when I visited for the first time in 8 years. Thank you Suvai for a fantastic meal! :)
Check out Suvai Palace's new Monday dinner buffet. They have a different variety than the lunch buffet. For example, lamb kabob, chicken kurma, and a lot of interesting vegetarian dishes - plus mango juice, masala chai, soup, and dessert. Can't beat it for about $10!
