We also had very bad results with these folks. They sent us a damaged part and would not follow up to get the issue resolved. We are now spending our time to file a report with the Better Business Bureau & Consumer Affairs to avoid further problems for other buyes like us. My advice- find another junk yard to deal with even if it is more expensive or further away.
This junk yard people are suck! especially Jose....I called him for my parts, he said they have them. I asked him that i dont want to waste his time nor mine. I want to make sure the parts are correct and free of deffected and that i am from an hour away. He reassure that the parts are in excellent condition and are ready to pick up. I drove one hour to there and he told me to wait for his man to pull it out of the car...i asked him, "i thought youve pulled them out already" He said nope! my man will get them right now.
