From day one I liked Lynne and Martin. They were not pushy at all on getting me as a client. On our first meeting they came prepared with information on the area in which I was selling my Mother's condo. Good, realistic information on pricing and how the market was. Its too difficult to separately review Lynne and Martin. I also don't use Facebook to keep Lynne's feedback separate. I also know that it is hard to know the behind the scene activities From the day we met Martin and Lynne in condo, we had a very good sense that we made a team together. Highly important, we could put our trust in the initial selling price of our unit. It was our first time working with Martin to rent out our Condo and he checks all the boxes! we cannot ask for a better broker.
