My daughter has been taking classes at Sutton since she was a baby. The teachers are all friendly, encouraging, professional, and truly care about their students. The front desk staff is always helpful. The facility is very clean and well-maintained.
Very very bad customer service. My daughter was in a regular Saturday class and she got promoted to next level. They were not able to fit her in the next available slot within her age group. So they would compensate with a make up class. Later they found a weekend class in her age fit and we continued. There was a pump failure so they offered a make up class. the staff is very attentive, professional, extremely approachable and welcoming. You should definitely bring family and friends to the school site
Facility is clean, well-run, and professional. Focus is on correct stroke; classes are small; teachers are hands-on and diligent. Better by far than other swim schools we tried.

Nice facility, very organized, small classes, and instructors are very good with the little ones. My daughter (3 years 9 months) loves to go and she hasn't been like that about any other toddler-oriented exercise/athletic activities and we've tried several. So far we're super happy about it, and it definitely was worth the wait list time!

Love Sutton Swim! My 4yo went from being terrified and crying about swimming, to looking forward to it. Lauren is amazing and so patient, and really helped my girl get comfortable in the water. I highly recommend this school.
