We've called Sutton Plumbing twice for different issues in the past several months and couldn't be happier with the service and the prices. This is a company you can trust to do what needs to be done and no more, and to charge a reasonable fee for it!

We reached out to Sutton plumbing company for a quote on a large project, and after receiving the estimate, we were eager to schedule the work. The plumber was able to come out the same day as our initial call, which was a great start. However, when we followed up multiple times to actually schedule the job, we encountered an extremely frustrating experience. After bidding a job and having their plumber come out for a cleaning, he informed us of rotting pipes. After attempting several times to schedule the repair of the pipes we were informed by the scheduler that they would have no availability for our project. When asked why they provided no reasonable explanation.

Instead of calling "Saul" better call "Sutton" I am a real customer and they go beyond to solve your problem, even if u realize u may have to delay payment a bit. Just be honest and upfront. Ok now its 9/4/24 and woke up to another well issue (note Jordan told me last year my old pump was on its last legs), called Stacy and she has Jordan come out and handle the problem efficiently and quickly, in fact I had too run out and when got back home Jordan had the old pump out.
